Do you charge delivery fee?
You can either collect and drop off the clothes at our store from us or we can deliver them to you. The delivery fee is 1,500 ISK and the pick up fee is 1,500 ISK.
How does the delivery work?
We deliver directly to your hotel or accommodation in Reykjavik. Choose your preferred date and time at checkout.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Yes! Our store is located in central Reykjavik. You can try on items and pick up your order in person.
What about long term rental and big groups?
We offer special rates for long-term rentals and group bookings. Contact us for a custom quote.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnbs in the Reykjavik capital area.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before your delivery date. See our full policy for details.
What if the clothes don't fit?
We'll exchange them for free! Just contact us and we'll arrange a swap at no extra cost.
